I'm going to share with you this little coffee drink recipe I discovered. But please don't come at me when you fall in love with it too. Oh, and did I mention that it has weight management benefits also? Read on to discover how this coffee drink helps me stay healthy after breast cancer.
I really don't know how all this began. After having breast cancer, I've probably tried every "healthy" product out there. I'm always on the hunt for coffee alternatives that taste great and coffee products without a lot of sugar. I think the first time I saw these products was in a health food store. Or maybe it was an Amazon search. Anywhoooo...I found it. And now I have a problem. Because I love it. I start my day with the Bible. I read my devotionals, journal, and enjoy my healthy cafe mocha in peace (most of the time.) And with all the amazing health benefits that come with it, I'm willing to splurge on this coffee drink you can make right at home for cheaper than a coffee at Starbucks!
So what exactly is in this "healthy" coffee drink, Natalie?
Well let me tell you - Bio Coffee and CocoRinga Moringa Hot Chocolate. Never heart of it? I hadn't either. But these are amazing little packets of healthy goodness.
